From September 1th, 2007 AGRONATURA no longer supplies its products to the Japanese distributor Idea International Co. (Tokyo)The products currently distributed by Idea International using the AGRONATURA trademark DO NOT CONTAIN OUR ‘RAW MATERIALS’ (essential oils, water and oil based concentrates, herbs and other ingredients extracted from our herbs).
AGRONATURA has taken legal action against Idea International in order to prevent the use of the AGRONATURA trademark which has been registered in Japan by Idea International.
On May 7th, 2009 AGRONATURA has obtained from JPO (the Japan Patent Office), with reference to cosmetic products, the cancellation of the trademark "Agronatura" registered by Idea International in Japan. Below the decision of the JPO in Japanese and Italian language.
Besides, on June 28, 2009 the Court of Turin prohibited the company IBS Italiana s.a.s. di Toyoshima Makio - exclusive distributor for Japan, along with Idea International, of "agronatura" counterfeit products - and the cosmetic laboratories Antos s.c.r.l. and Bioleaves s.r.l., from the production and export of "agronatura" branded products.

RULING
in the precautionary proceedings relative to the court case, under art. 669 quater and 700 c.p.c., 129 and 131 c.p.i. and 2598 c.c., brought about by:
Agronatura, a co-operative agricultural company, represented by L.A. Merlini and D. Sindico; PLAINTIFF
Against
IBS Italiana s.a.s., Bioleaves s.r.l. and Antos s.c.a.r.l., represented and defended by the lawyers S.I. Curallo and V. Merlo DEFENDANT
(omissis) Wherefore the court
PROHIBITS
IBS Italiana s.a.s. of Toyshima Makio & C., Bioleaves s.r.l. and Antos s.c.a.r.l. from producing, promoting, selling, exporting and performing every other activity relative to the commercialisation of products bearing the “agronatura” trademark;
ORDERS the surrendering of all products bearing the “agronatura” trademark assembled, produced, commercialised and exported by IBS Italiana s.a.s. of Toyshima Makio & C., Bioleaves s.r.l. and Antos s.c.a.r.l., as well as all promotional and advertising materials held by the aforementioned companies and third parties who do not directly make use of said material, and AUTHORISES the defendant to perform this sequestration through its representatives or trusted technicians;
ORDERS the withdrawal of all products bearing the “agronatura” trademark assembled, produced, commercialised and exported by IBS Italiana s.a.s. of Toyshima Makio & C., Bioleaves s.r.l. and Antos s.c.a.r.l.;
ORDERS the surrendering of all documents regarding book-keeping and accounts (daily transactions books, log books, stock records, inventory records, daily movement records, tax records and invoices) held by IBS Italiana s.a.s. of Toyshima Makio & C., Bioleaves s.r.l. and Antos s.c.a.r.l.;
FIXES a penalty sum of 300.00 Euros for any eventual or successive violation of or faillure to comply with these measures, and for every day’s delay in the execution of these measures;
ORDERS the single publication of the present measures (epigraph and deposition), decreed by the plaintiff and to be paid for by the defendent, in the newspapers “Il Corriere della Sera” e “ La Stampa ”;
REQUIRES the Registry to communicate this ruling in full to the parties.

Dal 1 Settembre 2007 AGRONATURA non fornisce più i suoi prodotti al distributore Idea International Co. di Tokio (Japan).
I prodotti attualmente distribuiti da Idea International con il marchio AGRONATURA NON CONTENGONO LE NOSTRE MATERIE PRIME (oli essenziali, idrolati, erbe ed altri ingredienti estratti dalle nostre erbe).
Lo scorso 18 giugno 2008, il Tribunale di Torino ha vietato alle società Bioleaves s.r.l., Antos s.c.a.r.l. e IBS Italiana (quest'ultima già distributrice esclusiva per il Giappone, unitamente a Idea International) la fabbricazione e l'esportazione dei prodotti contraddistinti con il marchio Agronatura.
INOLTRE, AGRONATURA ha agito in giudizio contro Idea International per togliere a Idea International il marchio AGRONATURA depositato da Idea International in Giappone.
Riportiamo la decisione del Tribunale di Torino che ha vietato alla società IBS Italiana s.a.s. di Toyoshima Makio - distributrice esclusiva per il Giappone, unitamente a Idea International, di prodotti contraffatti a marchio "agronatura" - ed ai laboratori cosmetici Antos s.c.r.l. e Bioleaves s.r.l., la produzione e l'esportazione di prodotti a marchio "agronatura".
Nel maggio 2009 la cooperativa agricola Agronatura ha ottenuto dal JPO (Japan Patent Office), con riferimento ai prodotti cosmetici, la cancellazione del marchio "Agronatura" registrato da Idea International in Giappone. Di seguito la decisione del JPO in lingua Giapponese e Italiana.
