Rose Cultivation

Coltivazione Rose

We are herby publishing some pictures of Roses cultivations. Every morning the rape roses are hand picked and carried to the Agronatura processing center to be dried or distilled in order to obtain the precious essential oil. Roses field is sorrounded by woods and by a beautiful lake . It is a really magic place.

Pubbichiamo alcune foto di coltivazioni di rosa. Ogni mattina le rose vengono raccolte a mano e portate al centro di lavorazione Agronatura per essere esiccate o distillate per ottenere il pregiato olio essenziale. Il campo delle rose  è circondato da boschi e da un bellissimo laghetto. E' un posto davvero magico.

Lavenders Harvest

Raccolta lavanda

It is the "magic time" of the harvest. As soon as the lavender is picked up, it is immediately carried to the processing head quarter where it will undergo the quality inspection and after that distilled in order to get the precious Agronatura essential oil.

E' il magico momento della raccolta. Appena raccolta la lavanda sarà trasportata al centro di lavorazione dove sarà sottoposta al controllo qualità e poi sarà distillata per ottenere il pregiato olio essenziale Agronatura.

Lavanda pronta per la raccolta

It is the period of time of most effort and hard work for the Agronatura farmers: Lavender is ready for the harvest. On the other side it is also a very satisfactory time of the year because they collect the results and the rewards of such hard work. From these pictures you can also observe the uncontaminated nature sorrounding the lavenders fields: this also guarantees the high quality of the product.

E' il momento di massima  attività e fatica per l'agricoltore, la lavanda è pronta per essere raccolta.D'altra parte è anche il momento di massima gioia per l'agricoltore che sta per raccogliere i frutti del proprio lavoro. Da queste foto potete anche osservare la natura incontaminata che circonda i campi di lavanda: ciò garantisce l'alta qualità del prodotto.

Manual Pruning Lavender

Manual pruning of herbs is currently ongoing activity in our lavender fields: this is one of the fundamental activities of organic farming.In industrial agriculture, a farm tractor sprays herbicide over the cultivated fields:the job is much more quick and costless but it pollutes the lavenders plant and the ground waters. We have to be proud of Agronatura farmers who operates in this way since 1986.

E' in corso il diserbo manuale delle erbe nei campi di lavanda: questa una delle attivit fondamentali nell'agricoltura bio. Nell'agricoltura industriale un trattore spruzza nei campi il diserbante: il lavoro pi economico e rapido ma inquina anche le piante e le falde acquifere. Bisogna essere fieri degli agricoltori Agronatura che operano in tal modo dal 1986.

Aggiornamento nostre attivit

update on our activities

Ci scusiamo per non aver pubblicato post sulla nostra attività. Siamo stati molto impegnati per la raccolta e la lavorazione delle erbe e il caldo torrido ci ha spossato. Da fine Maggio a Luglio abbiamo il picco della nostra attività, dobbiamo togliere le erbacce a mano, raccogliere le erbe e lavorarle per ottenere gli oli essenziali, gli idrolati e le erbe essicate. Lavoriamo nei campi dall' alba al tramonto e lavoriamo al centro lavorazione delle erbe 24 ore al giorno con tre turni di 8 ore. Da mercoledi 21 luglio riprenderemo ad aggiornare il blog con le foto Siamo costantemente impegnati per garantire l' alta qualità delle nostre erbe dal 1986.

We apologize for not publishing any post on our field activities. We have been very busy with the harvest and processing of herbs and the outstanding heat have worn us out. From May to July, in fact we have the most busiest time of the year for our activity, we have to manually prune and pick the herbs and process them in order to obtain the essential oils, the hydrolates and the dried herbs. We work in the fields from sun rise to sun set and in the processing head quarter during the all 24 hours with 3 shifts of 8 hours each. From Wednesday July 21st we will start to update the blog again with pictures. We are constantly committed in order to guarantee the high quality of our herbs since 1986.
